No, you can come to us directly but you will be required to provide details indicating which hospital you are under the care of and asked at what stage in your treatment you are at in order to establish which step in the programme you would fit into. These details will be noted confidentially.
We are only able to see people aged 16+ at this time.
The stylist is entering into the programme as a volunteer and is not authorised to accept tips. You may however make a donation to the charity if you wish.
You will be eligible to have a consultation which will determine which step your hair is at and we will fit you into the programme accordingly. This may mean you will not have the complete programme and only one or possibly two of the appointments.
Once you have completed the programme it is up to you if you want to become a paying customer of the salon. Hair Reborn is an independent programme which is offered on a voluntary basis by salons free of charge. We do ask you to let us know if you intend to become a salon client as part of our Feedback Form. We monitor the programme in all of our salons and ensure that the Hair Reborn Programme is run separately from the main salon activity so that you do not feel under any pressure to become a customer of the salon.
Yes, but as the main programme has been designed with women in mind, the programme will be tailored individually for the gentlemen. Please contact us for further details.
Only UK residents are currently eligible for the programme.
